COMPANY POLICY REGARDING MISSED LESSONS

We thank you for choosing A-1 Driving School Ltd. and we ask that you recognize the importance of attending all scheduled in-vehicle driving appointments. As you can imagine working with all of our students’ busy schedules and with limited time slots available, missed lessons create a scheduling nightmare. CHANGES TO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH YOUR DRIVING INSTRUCTOR, NOT THE OFFICE. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR DRIVING INSTRUCTOR’S TELEPHONE NUMBER. THE OFFICE IS NOT AWARE OF THE INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTOR’S APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE.

If you must cancel a driving lesson with your Driving Instructor, please note that 24 hours notice (1 full day) is required to enable the Instructor to fill the appointment vacancy. A student who is not present at the arranged pick-up location within fifteen (15) minutes of the scheduled time or is unable to proceed with the in-car lesson for any reason will forfeit the lesson and the student will be charged a $40.00 scheduled hour cancellation fee (to cover the make-up lesson) which must be paid before the Student’s next scheduled in-car lesson or prior to receipt of a Certificate of Course Completion, if applicable.
